The Client Relations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Client Relations department within a full service, fast paced law firm.

The Client Relations Manager is responsible for the overall performance, operations and quality control of a specified group of call center representatives. The Client Relations Manager will ensure the call center operates to achieve friendly and knowledgeable prospective customer service, client retention, and ensure that the department is performs at its greatest potential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, revenue generation and be business minded. This candidate will be responsible for all development and performance activities while directing the current team of 4 Client Relations Representatives. This person must have strong leadership towards maximum profitability and setting targets in line with our vision and values. The Client Relations Manager will be expected to provide clear strategies and goals to its subordinates. The candidate will be expected to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals set by the firm’s executive committee.

Responsibilities:
•Develop business plans and strategies to ensure attainment of goals and profitability
•Responsible for all performance, training and professional development of the Client Relations team
•Work with marketing to identify opportunism based on existing potential clients coming into the firm.
•Monthly meetings with each person and ensuring they have realistic objectives for the month.
•Coach and counsel each member of the Client Relations team.
•Constructively handle and resolve current client complaints

Requirements:
•Associates degree preferred
•Experience in a Managerial Sales role
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
•Experience in Microsoft Office suite and intermediate skill level in excel
•Ability to manage multiple priorities
